Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect with Technical Lead and Architect capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and extensive experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting IDAM systems. They will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-leveled architectures for large-scale software systems, integrating various applications with IDAM for single sign-on (SSO) and authentication/authorization, and ensuring the security and stability of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, set up, and ensure security for IDAM systems and API integrations.
• Develop technical standards and software coding standards for Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM).
• Design multi-level architecture or component interactions for large-scale software systems to work seamlessly with IDAM.
• Maintain and apply regular security patches and updates to IDAM environments.
• Develop new UI components and schedulers for IDAM.
• Update and maintain application architecture according to new requirements.
• Develop data loads and clean-up processes, and create reports and dashboards as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues related to single sign-on (SSO) that supports OAG's O365, charities, and REF/IPB systems.
• Integrate new applications with IDAM for SSO, authentication, and authorization.
• Work with the IDAM suite to integrate applications and develop employee lifecycle management processes through IDAM.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 yrs. of experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM).
• Minimum 1 year of experience integrating OIAM with Oracle Cloud and other applications for SSO, including X509 and Certificate-based login.
• Minimum 4 yrs. of experience with advanced JavaScript libraries, including Angular JS.
• Minimum 4 yrs. of experience with Java programming.
• Minimum 6 yrs. of experience with patching and upgrading Oracle Identity and Access Management environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience with other authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth, SAML, LDAP, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, especially Oracle Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Identity and Access Management or related technologies.
